Policy on Disclosure on Nonpublic Personal Information-we do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our customers or former customers to anyone except as permitted by law. Disclosure Required Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act-under law, the Bank is permittd to share customer information with organizations affiliated with the Bank. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, you have the right to "opt-out" of our sharing certain information with an affiliate. Before we share this information we will provide you with notice and the opportunity to "opt-out". Confidentiality and Security-we restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with Federal regulations to guard your nonpublic, personal information.
